CONCEPT & DESIGN LANGUAGEWith the vision established, the project moves into the creative exploration of form, materiality, and atmosphere. Spatial arrangements, architectural interventions, and key elements of the interior begin to take shape. This phase defines the design language—how light, material, proportion, and texture will work together to create a cohesive environment.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENTThe concept is refined and translated into a fully developed design. Materials, finishes, furnishings, and custom elements are carefully resolved to ensure the project is both cohesive and technically sound. During this phase, the design evolves from vision to specificity.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCUREMENTThe design is translated into the documentation required for fabrication, construction, and ordering. Detailed drawings and specifications ensure that every element of the project can be executed with precision. This phase also includes sourcing and procurement of the selected furnishings and objects.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIONDuring construction and installation, the design vision is carried through the final stages of execution. We coordinate closely with contractors, fabricators, and vendors to ensure the work is realized with care and fidelity to the design. The final installation brings together architecture, furnishings, objects, and art into a cohesive environment.
