Yes. We help shape interiors for both new construction and renovation projects, considering how spaces function, connect, and feel. -
Yes. We offer furnishing services for spaces that do not require a renovation. Depending on your needs, this may include furniture layouts, furniture and rug selections, decorative lighting, custom drapery, artwork, accessories, and final styling, along with procurement and installation coordination.
-
Please visit our Inquire page and tell us a little about your project, including its location, the spaces involved, your anticipated timeline, and your budget, if established. We’ll review your inquiry and follow up to discuss your needs and whether Pava Atelier is the right fit.
-
Ideally, involve us during the early planning stages, before layouts and construction selections are finalized. Early collaboration allows us to consider furniture placement, lighting, cabinetry, and materials together, helping the finished space feel cohesive and reducing the need to revisit decisions later.
-
We begin by learning about your needs, priorities, aesthetic preferences, and anticipated investment. From there, we develop the design direction and refine the layouts, materials, and selections. Depending on the agreed scope, we then prepare design documentation, collaborate with the construction team, and coordinate furnishings through installation and styling.
-
Yes. Collaboration is an essential part of our process. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture and extensive experience in interior design, our founder brings an understanding of both the overall space and its finer details. We work alongside architects, contractors, and specialist consultants, with each professional responsible for their contracted scope.
-
Our fees reflect the scope, complexity, and anticipated involvement required for each project.
Depending on the services, we may propose a fixed design fee, hourly billing, or a combination of both. Your proposal outlines the services, fee structure, and payment schedule before work begins.
-
Your overall investment depends on the size of the space, the extent of the work, and the furnishings and materials selected. We discuss your priorities and anticipated budget early so we can assess the fit and establish a realistic direction. Design fees, construction, furnishings, and associated costs such as freight, receiving, delivery, installation, and applicable taxes should all be considered.
-
Timelines vary according to the project’s scope, the construction schedule, and the availability of materials and furnishings. Custom pieces and window treatments may require additional production time, while timely client decisions help keep the process moving. We discuss the anticipated schedule at the outset and communicate updates as the project develops.
