Tree House

Set beneath a canopy of mature oaks and surrounded by cypress trees in Winter Park, the Tree House is a new residential project shaped by its connection to the surrounding landscape. Expansive windows frame the trees and lake beyond, filling the interiors with natural light and creating the feeling of living within the canopy. Inspired by European minimal design, the interiors carry that relationship inward through a restrained palette of wood, natural stone, and richly textured surfaces. Warm, minimal spaces are balanced by darker architectural elements, creating an atmosphere of quiet luxury. Moments of transparency establish a continuous dialogue between inside and out, while the natural materials bring the character of the landscape into the home. Currently under construction, the Tree House is conceived as a tactile, modern retreat deeply grounded in its setting.
